Join GAWL and DeKalb Pro Bono for our TPO Training for Lawyers on November 1^st at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center and virutally. Learn how to use your legal skills to help end domestic violence. Attorneys in all practice areas will gain the tools needed to help low-income survivors of family violence, dating violence and stalking secure civil Temporary Protective Orders (TPOs).

You will learn from industry experts about the dynamics of abusive relationships and how abuse impacts children. You will also learn the law and procedure needed to successfully represent survivors in obtaining 12-month Protective Orders, including how to obtain additional relief through TPOs such as temporary custody of children and financial support.
