Mentoring Mondays is our new formal mentoring program that is launching on October 27, 2025. Applications are now available and due on November 14, 2025. Mentoring Mondays bridges the gap between seasoned women attorneys and those newer to the legal profession. Through regular formal sessions, we foster professional growth, provide guidance, and discuss relevant workplace topics. Together, we create a supportive community that empowers women lawyers to thrive.
Mentoring Applicants must have at least ten years of practice as an attorney or similar experience. Mentees must be attorneys barred in at least one jurisdiction. All applicants must be a member of GAWL. Program applicants must agree to attend all events (dates listed below) to be considered for the program. All events will be after hours beginning at 5:30pm in Midtown Atlanta. We hope to be able to broadcast the event live to members in chapters outside the metro Atlanta area such as Savannah, Columbus, Macon, Tifton, and Valdosta.
The sessions are panel discussions that will serve as a springboard for conversation with your Mentor or Mentee. The sessions will last approximately an hour leaving the remainder of the evening to dine with your Mentor or Mentee.
Mentors and Mentees will arrange to meet (in person or virtually) to maintain their relationship
