I help people plan for and deal with the death and disability of their loved ones so that they can get back to living their lives. I can help when everyone's in agreement, or when they aren't.

I understand how confusing the legal process can seem, and how intimidating it can be to have to go to court to get the authority you need to handle the finances and decisions of a family member.

I use my experience and expertise to guide families through the legalities that accompany death and disability, helping them understand the "legalese"​ that they encounter along the way.

I’ve also assisted numerous families in initiating the probate process with the appropriate court system, guided those families through the estate administration process and distributions, and initiated the estate closing process on behalf of those families when administrations were completed.

I also have helped many parents of special needs children who have recently turned 18 get the legal authority they need to continue making their child's medical and financial decisions.

I also help children and grandchildren provide the assistance their own parents and grandparents need when their loved ones are experiencing cognitive decline from Alzheimer's and other dementia diseases.
