Teri Thompson is a criminal defense attorney with over 28 years of trial experience in matters ranging from juvenile law matters to the death penalty. She practices in both the state and federal courts of Georgia. She is currently Learned Counsel in federal death penalty cases in Alabama, Georgia, New York and the Virgin Islands. Prior to opening her office, she served as Senior Trial Attorney at the Georgia Capital Defender Office where she represented men and women facing the death penalty. She is also an Adjunct Professor at American InterContinental University where she teaches Ethics, American Courts and Criminal Procedure.
