Denise has practiced family law for 18 years and is a frequent speaker on legal issues impacting all types of families and children. She is a Super Lawyer and recent recipient of the Stonewall Bar Association Service to the Community Award. She is a trained mediator and arbitrator for family disputes.
A member of the DeKalb Bar Association, Denise helped form and found the Family Law Section of the DeKalb Bar Association. She is a Past President of the DeKalb Bar Association and is also the Past President of the Board for the DeKalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. She current serves as a member on the Service Council for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where she's recognized as a Pro Bono Super Star. Denise also continues to spearhead fundraising for the DeKalb Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
