CC is law clerk to the Honorable Wendy Hagenau, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She previously served as law clerk to the Honorable C. Ray Mullins from 2011 - 2018.
CC earned her JD from Emory University School of Law and her bachelor of arts, cum laude, from Middlebury College. Prior to attending law school, CC worked as a litigation legal assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
CC has been on the board of directors for the Georgia Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation since 2013. CC also chairs the Bench and Bar Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, is a Member at Large on Atlanta Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section Board of Directors, and an adviser for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal Notes and Comments Advisory Committee. CC is the Middlebury College Alumni Atlanta chapter leader, the Middlebury College Alumni Admissions Program Georgia Committee Chair, and on the board of directors for Everybody Wins! Atlanta, an organization devoted to improving the reading skills and developing a love of reading in students reading below grade level.
