Founder and CEO of GGorvettConsulting LLC, I serve as a trusted legal adviser of emerging market and international companies, executive leadership teams, and their Boards.

I provide immediately operational assistance as external General Counsel, on an urgent basis for high level projects, and to provide the necessary legal resources to companies lacking an internal legal function.

Areas of expertise include: Managing deal teams, Corporate Finance, the structuring and negotiation of complex Corporate and Technology Transactions (SAAS, integration, managed services, Asset Based Consulting, monetization of IP), the implementation and audit of compliance programs, the negotiation of strategic partnerships, negotiation with potential investors, and international expansion.

GGorvettConsulting was created in Paris, France in 2012 where we established a strong relationship with European and US technology clients and a reputation for being a strong partner to our client's business.
