GAWL relies on sponsorships and donations to engage in programming and facilitate its work, including amicus brief advocacy. In order to file and join amicus briefs, GAWL relies on pro bono assistance from its lawyer and law student members. However, GAWL also may incur costs associated with filing, printing, and serving the motions and briefs it files. Funds raised through the Friend of GAWL initiative go directly to amicus brief efforts and decrease the financial barrier to allow the organization the opportunity to speak on pressing legal matters. For just $50, members are able to support these important efforts.

 

You can ensure the work of the Foundation will continue for years to come by supporting the Ruth and Ruby Crawford Endowment Fund.

Contributions to the Girl Scout Project will be used for lunches, snacks, a reception, supplies and other items.
