Anne-Marie Shipe’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and general litigation. She represents clients in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She counsels clients with regard to various employment issues including wage and hour compliance, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, retaliation, harassment, reductions in force, USERRA, immigration, workplace safety, and hiring, disciplining, and firing. Anne-Marie also provides guidance regarding employment contracts, severance agreements, employee manuals, and personnel policies. In addition, she has handled workplace investigations, compliance audits, and management and employee training.
