Traci is a Family Law Attorney, Guardian ad Litem, and owner of Weiss Family Law. She passionately advocates for individuals and their families in legal matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, adoption, and enforcement and modification of existing orders. Her focus is on helping people navigate their challenging family law matters with compassion and dignity, while pursuing any potential for negotiation and amicable dispute resolution, always with the goal of determining the best interests of the child(ren) involved.
Traci is AV-Rated, and has received a number of accolades including being named as a SuperLawyer and Rising Star multiple times, in addition to receiving a Reader's Choice Choice Best of Jewish Atlanta award. She is currently the President of the Women of the Bar Section of the Cobb County Bar Association, and a past President of Family Law Section.
Originally from New York, Traci moved to Atlanta in 1997, and has lived in Gwinnett County since 2000, where she and her husband are raising their 3 children and the family's 3 dogs and 4 turtles.
