With dual bachelor's degrees from Oglethorpe University (2004), a juris doctorate from the University of Georgia (2007), and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State (2011), Dar'shun Kendrick is uniquely positioned at the intersection of law, finance and business. She also holds series 65 FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) license as a registered investment adviser representative in Georgia and serves as a non-public arbitrator for FINRA, resolving disputes between investors and companies nationwide.

Renowned for her energetic presentations and specific expertise and knowledge, she has delivered inspiring speeches at university commencements, corporate gatherings, and curated events for entrepreneurs and organizations throughout the nation.
Dar’shun is also committed to community activism with a mission of helping to create 100 new millionaires by 2032. Dar’shun spearheads a dynamic Millionaire Mastermind group with four (4) other individuals and founded the "Friends of Financial Freedom" Facebook community, engaging over 3,000 members in pursuits of financial literacy and entrepreneurship. She is also the author of her 2nd book “Closer to a Yes: The Founder’s Guide to Getting Noticed By Investors” which is available on Amazon and her website. In addition to her professional roles, Dar'shun has been serving as a distinguished member of the Georgia House of Representatives since 2010, championing a variety of issues. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Outside her professional endeavors, Dar'shun finds joy in cooking, reading, writing, and contributing to her community's well-being. She currently resides in Lithonia, Georgia with her pit bull mix Dezzy.
