Abigail Stecker Romero
Abigail Stecker Romero counsels businesses in a variety of matters, including: complex-commercial litigation, appellate litigation, financial-services litigation, trademark matters, qui tam actions, and labor and employment disputes. Abigail has represented banks, alternative lenders, telecommunication companies, and chemical companies (among others) in federal and state courts throughout the country. She regularly defends clients in wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, and Telephone Consumer Protect Act matters. Abigail also has extensive experience in litigation involving unfair competition and theft of trade secrets.
Prior to entering private practice, Abigail attended UCLA School of Law, where she was selected to join the law school’s Supreme Court Clinic and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and worked for the Office of the California Attorney General. Prior to law school, Abigail graduated magna cum laude from Chapman University.
