My practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and development. I assist clients with various business and real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements, and closing sale and loan transactions. I also teach an undergraduate business law course at Georgia State University. Prior to my current employment, I served as an Assistant District Attorney in Hall County, where I represented the State of Georgia in the prosecution of felonies.
I received my J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2012, and a B.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2008. I am admitted to practice in all of the State Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
