GAWL RELEASES IT'S ABOUT TIME II!

GAWL is thrilled to announce that its report, entitled IT'S ABOUT TIME II: Examining Flexible Work Arrangements from the Attorney's and the Firm's Perspectives - A Study of Part-Time Policies in Georgia Law Firms, was released on March 3, 2008.  Click here to access the full report in pdf format. 

The study is the long-awaited follow-up to GAWL's 2004 IT'S ABOUT TIME report, which first delived into Atlanta's law firms' and attorneys' attitudes and experiences concerning part-time work arrangements.  The 2008 study expands the examination of current attitudes and experiences of law firms and attorneys throughout the state and analyzes whether progress has been made in the acceptance of part-time and flexible work arrangements.  The study also offers suggestions to aid law firms in the successful implementation of part-time and flexible work policies.
